How Can I Book a Consultation?

You can book a consultation by clicking on the Book button, which will take you to my online booking system on onedoc.ch. There, you can choose to book a session at my office or online. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder SMS 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours in advance.

How Much Does a Consultation Cost?

Acupuncture sessions are charged at 12.50 CHF per 5 minutes, and Shiatsu sessions at 14 CHF per 5 minutes. A standard 60-minute consultation costs 150 CHF for acupuncture and 168 CHF for Shiatsu. Please note that if additional time is spent during the consultation, this will be included in the final billing.

Are Your Consultations Covered by My Insurance?

Yes, I am recognized by all insurance companies in Switzerland, except EGK. However, it is each patient’s responsibility to confirm with their health insurance provider whether their complementary health insurance covers acupuncture and Shiatsu. Keep in mind that coverage varies—each insurance company has its own criteria regarding reimbursement amounts per session and the number of sessions covered per fiscal year. It’s always best to check these details directly with your insurer.

How Do I Pay for My Consultations?

You can pay for your consultations in the following ways:

Cash

TWINT (with an additional 1.3% transfer fee)

Invoice (payment due within 10 days)

For first-time clients, payment is required at the end of the session. If you choose to pay by invoice and fail to pay on time, you will be kindly asked to pay by cash or TWINT for future consultations. If an invoice remains unpaid, I will unfortunately have to ask you to find another therapist.

For online consultations, payment is required in advance via bank transfer. Thank you for your understanding.

When and How Will I Receive an Invoice for My Consultation?

Invoices for your consultations are typically issued at the end of each session or sent shortly afterward via email. For online consultations, the invoice is sent in advance for prepayment. If you have specific preferences or questions about invoicing, feel free to let me know during your appointment.

I Have a Last-Minute Emergency. How Can I Cancel?

All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the consultation will be charged in full. However, if you have a medical emergency (for yourself or your family), you can cancel by contacting me directly by phone at 078 804 15 00. You can send an SMS or leave a voicemail if I am unable to answer.

Will I Experience a Reaction After the Consultation?

It’s common for clients to experience a reaction after their very first consultation, often in the form of fatigue. This is part of the body’s process of integrating the treatment, which continues for about 48 hours as it adapts to its new balance. However, reactions can vary because everyone is unique and may respond differently. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to me via email—I’ll be happy to provide guidance and advice.

When Can I Expect to See Results?

When working with menstrual cycle issues, it typically takes 3–4 months (or menstrual cycles) to see significant results. I usually recommend seeing patients twice a month during this time.

For perimenopause and menopause, noticeable improvements generally occur within 4–6 weeks, with one consultation per week. This schedule ensures consistent support and progress.
